1) Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products from Tattoo For Her (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Products & delivery (digital downloads)

Our products are digital downloads (e.g., PDF / vector files) delivered electronically.

After successful payment, download access is provided via the checkout page and/or by email.

You are responsible for:

entering a valid email address at checkout, and
ensuring your device/software can open the file formats provided.

3) Right of withdrawal (EU) & refunds for digital content

Important: digital content is supplied immediately.

By placing an order for downloadable digital content, you request immediate access to the digital product.

You acknowledge that once access is provided (e.g., the download link is delivered and/or downloading begins), you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

For this reason, all sales are final once access is provided.

If you experience a technical issue (broken link, corrupted file, or wrong file), contact hello@tattooforher.com and we will provide a working download or the correct files.

4) License & permitted use

When you purchase a design, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased file under the following rules:

You may:

use the design for one personal tattoo, and
share the file with your tattoo artist solely for the purpose of tattooing you,
resize the artwork for placement (scaling) without harming the original design intent.

You may not:

resell, redistribute, share, gift, upload, or publicly publish the digital files (original or modified),
claim the artwork as your own,
use the artwork for commercial reproduction (merchandise, branding, prints, NFTs, etc.) without written permission.

5) Custom design requests

Custom design services (if offered) are created based on the information you provide (references, placement, size in cm, style notes). You agree that:

you will provide accurate and complete details, and
revisions, scope, and timelines depend on complexity and communication.

Delivery timelines for custom work are estimates unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6) Tattoo results & disclaimer

Tattoo results depend on many factors (artist skill, skin type, placement, needle choice, aftercare). We do not guarantee:

identical results to previews/mockups,
healing outcome, longevity, or fading behavior.

Our products are artistic designs intended for use by professional tattoo artists. You are responsible for choosing a qualified tattoo professional and following proper aftercare. If you have medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional.

7) Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and content on the Site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Tattoo For Her and/or Vuokra OÜ (or respective licensors). Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8) Pricing & payments

Prices are displayed on the Site and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely via payment providers (e.g., WooPayments). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

9) Account, fraud, and misuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or disable download access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms (including redistribution of files).

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from the use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, while mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence may still apply where relevant.
